Do you feel like your higher self is calling you to reveal itself? But you’re not sure where or how to start? Journaling can help you with this. Today, I am going to share some journaling prompts for spiritual growth. I would recommend answering these in a physical journal, because it is always nice to write things down.
Journaling Prompts for Spiritual Growth

Self-Awareness
How do you see yourself as a person? As a friend? As a family member? As an acquaintance?
What do you consider to be your most distinguishing trait?
What makes you confident?
What is your personal power? How do you use this?
What is your ultimate weakness? What are you doing about this?
Living Life
Are you currently living your life on autopilot? Or are you living it intentionally?
What mistakes have you made in the past? And what did you learn from them?
How do you define beauty? What makes someone beautiful to you?
What makes life beautiful?
We all have good days and bad days. How do you deal with days when you are not at your best?
What is an ideal week for you?
How do you respond to situations that are beyond your control?
Challenges, pain, and transformation
What was your most painful experience in life? How did you deal with the pain?
What traumas do you carry? How has it affected your life?
When you encounter a challenge, do you see it as failure? Or an opportunity?
Have you ever turned a challenging experience into something that has worked in your favor?
Human Connections
Who are the people you respect the most and why?
What kind of people do you usually surround yourself with?
Which friendships and relationships add value to your life? And which one no longer aligns with you?

Life Purpose, Meaning, and Success
What makes you excited to get up in the morning?
What season are you in your life right now?
Aside from titles, financial wealth, and material possessions, what (in your opinion) makes a person successful?
Does your life feel aligned at the moment? Why or why not?
What is something that you're good at, and at the same time, adds value to the lives of others?
What is stopping you from getting to where you want to be?
What kind of impact do you want to make on society or on the people around you?
Reflection Lists
Making a reflection list is an easy way to get an overview of your life, beliefs, and aspirations.
Write down a list of:
The values, skills, and talents you are most proud of
Synchronicities you’ve experienced in the past three months
The things you want to achieve in 3 years
The best memories you had as a child
The top 5 people who made an impact in your life
Top 5 learnings in your spiritual journey so far
