What you Get

Each package contains one unit with a SIM card and an antenna port, a LAN cable (for desktop or laptop use), and a power adapter. The model that we have is the B312-939. It’s very compact and easy to bring around, most especially if you’re a freelancer or a student who likes working in restaurants or cafes that don’t have reliable Wi-Fi. It’s just as perfect for your home or study area, too. Not to mention it also looks clean with its simple design that comes in White.

If you’re getting your modem from a physical store, you can ask the Globe attendant to check the signal strength in your area. They'll be able to advise you on whether or not you should get the unit.

How to Load your Globe at Home Plug & Play Internet

There are many ways to load your Globe at Home unit, here’s how:

Through GCash

1. Log in to your GCash account, then click “Buy Load” on the homepage.

2. Enter your 11-digit prepaid Wi-Fi number (you can find this at the back of your modem), then click “Next”.

3. At the top part, you’ll see tabs. Scroll to the left until you find “Broadband” (beside “Call & Text”.

4. Select which promo is most suitable for your needs. Done!
   

Through Globe at Home Wi-Fi’s Mobile App

1. Go to the Dashboard.

2. Look for the glass with a rubber ducky in it, then click “Get More Data” beside it.

3. You’ll be presented with different promos. Pick what best suits you.

Through Globe’s number

1. Dial *143# on your keypad.

2. Select 1 from the pop up menu. That’s going to take you to My Account.

3. From the next pop up menu, select 7 Broadband. Then on the next panel, select 2 Globe at Home Prepaid Wi-Fi.

4. Enter your 11-digit prepaid Wi-Fi number.

5. Click 2 Get Data, then view promos and subscribe to your promo of choice.
