Wellness Basics I'm Loving Right Now

Taking care of your body is essential to having a healthy mind and spirit.

When you make an effort to look after yourself even in the simplest of ways, great things follow; you feel better, then work better. We all have our own set of favorite beauty products. There are those who enjoy collecting makeup, those who love hair care items, and those who find delight in shopping for beauty goods in general. I fall under the last category. For today’s post, I’ll show you the beauty basics I’m loving right now.

Milcu Underarm & Foot Deodorant Powder

I’m currently using Dove for my underarms, but occasionally, I use Milcu when the weather’s hot and I want to feel fresh. What’s nice about this product is that you can also use it for your feet. Salonpas

Having these medicated patches around comes in handy when you get aching muscles and back pains (not that I always have body pains, lol, but it’s good to be ready). Garnier Nourishing Hand Cream

Although I’m not fond of using hand creams, I got this one from Garnier to try it out. Beauty Formulas Dry Shampoo

Myra Moisturizing Plus Vitamin Lotion

Himalaya Herbals Nourishing Skin Cream

Along with Moringa O2’s Herbal Facial Toner, this is one of the few products I’ve been using for more than three years now. It’s an affordable multipurpose cream that has worked wonders for my dry skin.
