International Women’s Day may be over but it’s still National Women’s Month, so Happy National Women’s Month 😊🌷 March is almost coming to an end, have you already taken the time to embrace your womanhood? I know womanhood is something that must be celebrated everyday, but I just love how this month-long commemoration somehow raises everyone’s awareness on the role we women play in the society. Image and character are two different things. Just because a person appears to be “kind”, or seems to be “bad”, doesn’t mean he’s “kind” or “bad” in real life. Sometimes image is just image. Sometimes, people just want to be seen in a certain way for certain reasons. I know some people who look so tough, strong, and cold on the outside but are surprisingly sweet, sensitive and gooey on the inside. I sometimes don’t understand why some people get the impression that positive people don’t sail through rough waters. I mean, come on. Just because someone is all happy and sunny doesn’t mean that no storms have lurked behind those smiles. We all have our own circumstances and demons to conquer; the hard slaps of life exempt no one.
